ABOUT OUR FOUNDERS

is a veteran of private industry who has turned his attention to finding ways to improve the efficiency of community effort to create collective impact that benefits everyone. Bill is a systems thinker who takes an ecosystem perspective on developing solutions. He is visionary yet pragmatic, leveraging his relationship orientation to encourage engagement by executives across a variety of industries.

has transformed his experience in executive and management recruiting into a passion for helping companies meet their strategic staffing needs through impact staffing. Dan has broad experience in business development, engagement of front-line and mid-level managers, and candidate canvassing. He balances emotional approaches with rational approaches to help others establish strategies for relationship development.

 

WHAT’S NEXT FOR COMMUNITIES AT WORK

Communities At Work is committed to transparency with all stakeholders. By helping you understand where we are, we believe we can make it easier for all of us to work together to meet the collective needs of our community. We have a lot of work underway. Here’s a short list of the tasks we’re working on now.

  • Build out a generic version of the CAW Framework to build awareness
  • Identify one or two industry sectors within which to develop pracitioner-level specifics of the Framework (including the readiness processes for businesses and industry sectors, candidate intake readiness procedures, and an estimate of the preliminary return on investment for stakeholders)
  • Develop the elements required to eventually transition the CAW Framework into a sustainable Impact Investing model
